We accept orders via online and email. To place online order please find products you are interest in then go on to product details. Below product details click add to shopping bag and once items are in shopping bag you may choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout. After click on checkout you will be ask to enter your shipping address. Please note, for security reason we will only ship items to your billing address or PayPal confirmed address if choose to pay with your PayPal account. All U.S. orders are shipped via a trackable shipping carrier.
Our normal processing time is 2-3 business days, however, on average orders are shipped within 24-48 of working hours.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes and military addresses will ship via USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation.
BeautyTheOne.com will supply a tracking number for every order that has been shipped.
Orders are shipped, on average, within 24-48 hours from the time that the order is placed. Therefore, your orders should be received within 4-10 business days from the time that you place your order.
We are currently only offer Standard Ground within US Continental on our online order system.

RETURN POLICY
Orders can be returned up to 21 days from shipped date for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply call or email customer service for RMA number. All items must be unopened, unused and in its original condition, sealed packaging. Once RMA is approved, we will instruct you how to send your package(s) back to us. All packages without RMA number will be returned to sender. Please note, we do not accept returns for skincare, hair care, and make up items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.
We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.
We cannot accept items for return that have been opened or used.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.
We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.

- Packing slip
- Original Order Confirmation Number
- Your reason for returning the merchandise
Once we receive a return from you with all of the proper information, upon approval we will credit your account and notify you that the product has been successfully returned.
Sales Tax
State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of California and New York. All orders outside of California and New York will not be charged.
Orders Not Received
Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, BeautyTheOne.com is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. If a customer issues a complaint that they did not receive their product despite delivery confirmation, we cannot credit your account. We will pursue a claim with UPS on your behalf that UPS didn't deliver the product to the correct person or that they left the product in a susceptible area. If funds are returned to us from UPS, we will credit back your account. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that UPS will accept our claim.
If BeautyTheOne.com determines that there was in fact product missing from the package, we will credit your account immediately.
Damage Claims
Each package and their contents are triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely. In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can investigate the situation. We will notify the shipping carrier and file a damage claim.
After receiving the claim, BeautyTheOne.com, in most circumstances, will request that the damaged product be shipped back to its warehouse for inspection. After inspection, we will pursue a claim with UPS on your behalf that UPS didn't deliver the product in a safe manner. If funds are returned to us from UPS, we will credit back your account for the product. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that UPS will accept our claim.
Cancel Your Order
To cancel your order, please send an email to help@beautytheone.com within 6 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been processed, BeautyTheOne.com is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
Credit Card Fraud & Fraudulence Orders
We want to make online shopping even safer place for everyone to shop and that’s why we take any fraudulence order and credit card fraud seriously. We will report your IP address to the state and federal law enforcement if any attempting credit card fraud. Since we use US Postal Service regularly, any fraudulence order committed against us will get reported and will be prosecuted as mail fraud.
Out of Stock Items
Subsequently, from time to time, we are not able to fulfill your order. You will be notified via email for any item that is out of stock and a credit will be issued to your account/credit card. However, we will try our best to keep as current and up to date stock as possible.
